INTERVIEW WITH INNOVATIV MEDIA GROUP, INC. CEO TOM COLEMAN (TC)

NOVEMBER 17, 2015

ISD:

Our interview today is with Tom Coleman, CEO of the Innovativ Media Group, which trades under the symbol INMG on the OTC Exchange. Mr. Coleman thank you for joining us.

TC:

Certainly… My pleasure.

ISD:

Can you give us an overview of Innovativ’s business?

TC:

Sure… Innovativ is, primarily, a developer, producer and distributor of a variety of entertainment content across multiple platforms. We manage a small library of feature films, we operate some ad supported online channels and we are developing several related business such as New Broadway Cinema, which will adapt stage shows for Virtual Reality (VR) platforms, a search engine for online VOD streaming content which will be accessed like a guide and an independent film financing exchange we plan on operating under the recently established guidelines of the Jobs Act.

ISD:

And does the Company still have its fantasy sports business?

TC:

The principal business of prior management was sports media. Innovativ still has an interest in the sector via the investment it holds in Total Sports Media (www.totalsportsmedia.com ) but all of those businesses are now managed directly by TSM.

ISD:

What is the principal focus of Innovativ today? And where do you see the greatest growth potential?

TC:

We see the Company’s best opportunities in online streaming content both for premium and ad supported channels. The computer is quickly merging with the TV and how content is consumed, along with much of the advertising dollars, is rapidly migrating online. In a very short period of time we have gone from 500 channels to millions of channels and numerous platforms, in addition to the ubiquitous Google/YouTube options, are emerging so our focus is on creating customized, niche media product for these platforms and targeted audiences.

ISD:

Can you give us some examples?

TC:

Innovativ already operates some channels such as The Alien Interview Channel https://www.youtube.com/user/AlienInterviewVideo in partnership with Fullscreen http://www.fullscreen.com/ which is primarily programmed from our library content and we are in production of an animated web series “Mountains of Madness”, based on the H.P. Lovecraft novella “At the Mountains of Madness”, which we expect will be part of a Lovecraft Channel. The idea is to identify niche audiences very devoted to a subject, brand or common interest and provide a unique experience. The broad demographics of TV are very much giving way to narrowly targeted audiences and the major media Companies are all waking up to this new truth.

ISD:

When will the Lovecraft Channel launch?

TC:

We are targeting the 2nd Quarter 2016… and we also expect to be announcing some new channel developments in the not too distant future.

ISD:

Innovativ recently released its Quarterly Financial results which showed significant increases in revenue and shareholder equity. What factors are driving the numbers?

TC:

The Quarter ending September 30th is the first period which reflected the assets gained from the acquisition earlier in the year. The current revenue streams are primarily derived from the cash flows generated from existing contracts with distributors of the Company’s filmed entertainment. The only material expenses in the near term will be the ongoing amortization of the content and development and production costs. As part of the acquisition agreement virtually all Company debt was retired and, factoring a fair market valuation of the assets vended, net equity increased tenfold.

ISD:

Does the Company plan on raising capital?

TC:

Although the Company would certainly be open to investment we are aware that most of the financing available to small cap pubco’s today is in the form of Convertible Debt, which is very dilutive and can be toxic to small businesses, so we have no current plans to take in this kind of capital and we believe the Company can sufficiently fund its plans from existing cash flows.

ISD:

Does the Company have any plans to expand internationally?

TC:

Much of the Company’s content is already in distribution around the world via its contracts and the online channels, subject to rights clearances, can directly serve worldwide audiences so international audiences will definitely be part of our growth strategy.

ISD:

Anything else you can tell us about future plans?

TC:

Nothing other than to stay tuned for future announcements.

ISD:

Mr. Coleman … thank you for your time and we look forward to hearing more about the Innovativ Media Group in the future.
